Exceptions to Diligence Obligations. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, Pfizer will be relieved from and will have no obligation to undertake any efforts with respect to any diligence obligation under Section 3.2.1 or Section 3.2.2 with respect to a given Agreement PDC or Licensed Product (each, a “Pfizer Diligence Obligation”) in the event that:
