Payment of Fees and Charges 3.1 The Participant shall pay to the Service Provider the fees and charges as long as this Agreement continues in force.
Annual Fees Tiered Fee Schedule for Premier Wealth Tactical, Premier Wealth Tactical Core, ETF Sector Rotation, Tactical Opportunity, Equity Growth and Value, Equity Growth Opportunity, Equity Dividend Income, and all Premier Wealth Tactical Core/ ETF Sector Rotation Strategies (also known as Xxxxxxxxx Moderate, Xxxxxxxxx Moderately Aggressive, or Xxxxxxxxx Aggressive):
Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.
Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.
Other Fees and Charges Additional fees (including but not limited to, property taxes, fuel surcharges, interest fees, license fees, and late payment fees except where permitted by section 215.422(3)(b), F.S.) or fees not permitted elsewhere in the Contract are prohibited. Contract Exhibit B ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS The sections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety or added as follows:
Ancillary and Travel Expenses A. Except as otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, no ancillary expenses incurred by the Grantee in connection with its provision of the services or deliverables will be reimbursed by the System Agency. Ancillary expenses include, but are not limited to, costs associated with transportation, delivery, and insurance for each deliverable.
Transfer Fees and Taxes If any of the Common Shares subscribed for are to be issued to a person or persons other than the Registered Warrantholder, the Registered Warrantholder shall execute the form of transfer and will comply with such reasonable requirements as the Warrant Agent may stipulate and will pay to the Corporation or the Warrant Agent on behalf of the Corporation, all applicable transfer or similar taxes and the Corporation will not be required to issue or deliver certificates evidencing Common Shares unless or until such Warrantholder shall have paid to the Corporation or the Warrant Agent on behalf of the Corporation, the amount of such tax or shall have established to the satisfaction of the Corporation and the Warrant Agent that such tax has been paid or that no tax is due.
DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES The employer shall deduct union fees from the wages and salaries of members of the union when authorised in writing by members. The employer will forward the monies with the names and the individual amounts deducted to the union.
Licensing Fees An employee whose job specification requires a professional license or certification as a condition of employment and who uses such license for State business shall be reimbursed for the cost of such license or certification.
PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.
