Exceptions to Payment Terms. Notwithstanding anything in this Article 4 or a Participant's Deferral Election Agreement (as may be modified pursuant to Section 4.4) to the contrary, the following terms, if applicable, shall apply to the payment of a Participant's Sub-Accounts.
