Exceptions to the Contract. Exceptions to the contract may be requested by petition describing the basis for the request. Petition forms are available online. Petitions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. An exception granted to one provision of this contract shall not be construed as a waiver of any other provisions. University Housing retains sole discretion in granting or denying petitions and all decisions are final.
