Excess Aggregate Contributions. Vested Excess Aggregate Contributions shall be distributed to the Participant. Forfeitures of Excess Aggregate Contributions (Matching Contributions) pursuant to Section 2.7.7 shall be: a. Applied to reduce Employer contributions (i.e., Non-Elective, QNEC, QMAC, Matching). ☐ b. Allocated, after all other Forfeitures under the Plan, to each Participant's Matching Contribution Account in the ratio that each Participant's Compensation for the Plan Year bears to the total Compensation of all Participants for the Plan Year.
