Excess Alternative Currency Letters of Credit. If the Administrative Agent shall determine that the outstanding principal Dollar Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit denominated in an Alternative Currency exceeds one hundred and five percent (105%) of the lesser of (A) the L/C Commitment less the sum of the outstanding principal amount of all L/C Obligations denominated in Dollars and (B) the Alternative Currency L/C Commitment, in each case as of the last Business Day of any calendar month during the term hereof, then not later than three (3) Business Days after notice of the amount of such excess from the Administrative Agent to the Borrower, the Borrower shall deposit an amount in Dollars equal to such excess with the Administrative Agent to be held as cash collateral in accordance with Section 12.2(b).
