Common use of Excess Available Principal Amounts; Shared Principal Collections Clause in Contracts

Excess Available Principal Amounts; Shared Principal Collections. On each Transfer Date, commencing after the Issuance Date, if Series 2010-1 Available Principal Amounts are insufficient to make the allocations provided in Sections 3.02(a)(i) through (iv) and (vi) above, the Indenture Trustee shall allocate Excess Available Principal Amounts, if any, allocated to Series 2010-1 pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Indenture to cover the Series Available Principal Amounts Shortfall. If, after the application of Excess Available Principal Amounts, any Series Available Principal Amounts Shortfall remains, the Indenture Trustee shall allocate Shared Principal Collections, if any, allocated to Series 2010-1 pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Indenture to cover such remaining Series Available Principal Amounts Shortfall.
