EXCESS DELIVERY. 7.1 If Goods are delivered to Metreel Ltd in excess of the quantities ordered, Metreel Ltd shall not be bound to pay for the excess unless Metreel Ltd so elects and any excess will be and remain at the Seller's risk and will be returnable at the Seller expense until such an election is made.
