Common use of Excess Electrical Usage Clause in Contracts

Excess Electrical Usage. The consumption of electricity, including lighting, in excess of five (5) wxxxx per square foot for any portion of the Demised Premises shall be deemed excessive. Additionally, any individual piece of electrically operated machinery or equipment having a name plate rating in excess of two (2) kilowatts shall also be deemed as requiring excess electric current.
