Excess Financing Proceeds Sample Clauses

Excess Financing Proceeds. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 10.2(b), but subject to the terms of the Bond Documents and any Requisite Approvals, any Excess Financing Proceeds shall be distributed to the General Partner after review of the project sources and uses by the Special Limited Partner and its acknowledgement that the calculation of Excess Financing Proceeds complies with the terms of this Agreement.
