Excess Liability Insurance with Limits of Not Less Than. $10,000,000 Each Occurrence $10,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate Coverage is materially following form of underlying general liability, automobile liability and employers’ liability, coverage including, primary, additional insured/non-contributory, and waiver of subrogation. Coverage shall have “drop down” feature and “pay on behalf of” wording. Excess policy shall be primary and any applicable policy by the Authority, Additional Insureds, Indemnitees, or Subcontractors, shall be secondary and non-contributory.
