Common use of Excess Mileage Clause in Contracts

Excess Mileage. If the agreed average monthly mileage of the Vehicle is exceeded then the Lessor is entitled to charge additional fee for the excess mileage in the amount set in the Special Terms of the Contract, which shall be settled as a part of the final Lease payment. If the agreed average monthly mileage of the Vehicle exceeds 20% (twenty percent) or more then the Lessor is entitled to charge a fee for the excess mileage separately during the lent terms – together with monthly Lease Payments. The monthly mileage set in the Contract can be increased by written agreement of Parties.
