Excess Release Quantity. For the period of the current program, the Decree Parties agree to use the Excess Release Quantity, as defined in the Decree, in support of an Interim Excess Release Quantity (IERQ) as defined in Paragraph c. below.
Excess Release Quantity. Section III.B.1.(c) of the Decree defines an excess amount of water, known herein as the Excess Release Quantity (ERQ). For the period of the current program, the Decree Parties agree to use the Excess Release Quantity in support of an Interim Excess Release Quantity (IERQ) as defined in Paragraph c. below.
