Excess Revolving Credit Outstandings. If at any time the Revolving Credit Outstandings exceed the Aggregate Commitments, the Borrower shall, immediately upon notice from the Administrative Agent prepay Loans and Cash Collateralize Letters of Credit in an aggregate amount equal to such excess.
