Excess Usage by Lessee. Lessee shall not make connection to the utilities except by or through existing outlets and shall not install or use machinery or equipment in or about the Premises that uses excess water, lighting or power, or suffer or permit any act that causes extra burden upon the utilities or services, including but not limited to security services, over standard office usage for the Office Building Project. Lessor shall require Lessee may, in its sole discretion, install at Lessee's expense supplemental equipment and/or separate metering applicable to reimburse Lessor forLessee's excess usage or loading.
