Excessive Use. The Credit Union considers eleven (11) or more Courtesy Pay Fees in a statement period to be excessive use of the Courtesy Pay Program. Members with excessive use will be provided additional notifications, and if the excessive use does not cease, may have their Courtesy Pay privileges revoked.
