Common use of Exchange and Registry of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Exchange and Registry of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Warrantholder at the office or agency of the Company described in Section 3, for a new warrant or warrants of like tenor representing the right to purchase in the aggregate a like number of Shares. The Company shall maintain at the office or agency described in Section 3 a registry showing the name and address of the Warrantholder as the registered holder of this Warrant. This Warrant may be surrendered for exchange or exercise, in accordance with its terms, at the office of the Company, and the Company shall be entitled to rely in all respects, prior to written notice to the contrary, upon such registry.

This Warrant is exchangeable, subject to applicable securities laws, upon the surrender hereof by the Warrantholder at to the office or agency of the Company described in Section 3Company, for a new warrant or warrants of like tenor and representing the right to purchase in the same aggregate a like number of Warrant Shares. The Company shall maintain at the office maintain, or agency described in Section 3 cause its transfer agent to maintain, a registry showing the name and address of the Warrantholder as the registered holder of this Warrant. This Warrant may be surrendered for exchange or exercise, in accordance with its terms, at the office of the CompanyDesignated Company Office, and the Company shall be entitled to rely in all respects, prior to written notice to the contrary, upon such registry.

The Company shall maintain at the office or agency described referenced in Section 3 2 hereof, a registry showing the name and address of the Warrantholder Holder as the registered holder of this Warrant. This Warrant may be surrendered for exchange or exercise, in accordance with its terms, at the office of the Company, and the Company shall be entitled to rely in all respects, prior to written notice to the contrary, upon such registry.

The Company shall maintain at the above mentioned office or agency described in Section 3 a registry showing the name and address of the Warrantholder as the registered holder Holder of this Warrant. This Warrant may be surrendered for exchange exchange, transfer or exercise, in accordance with its terms, at the such office or agency of the Company, and the Company shall be entitled to rely in all respects, prior to written notice to the contrary, upon such registry.
