Exchange and Replacement of Certificate. 6.1 This Warrant is exchangeable without expense, upon the surrender hereof by the registered Holder at the principal office of the Company, for a new Warrant of like tenor and date representing in the aggregate the right to purchase the same number of Shares as are purchasable hereunder in such denominations as shall be designated by the Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.
