Exchange and Transfer of Certificates. A Warrant Certificate (and the Warrants evidenced thereby) may be exchanged or (subject to compliance with the applicable requirements hereof) may be transferred from time to time at the option of the Holder thereof. Upon surrender of any such Warrant Certificate to Company, then Company shall issue and deliver to (or in accordance with the written instructions of) such Holder one or more new Warrant Certificates evidencing in the aggregate the same number of Warrants.
