Exchange and Transfer of Warrants. Section 3.1 A Warrant Certificate in any authorized denomination, upon compliance with the reasonable requirements of the Company, may be exchanged for a Warrant Certificate(s) in any other authorized denomination of the same issue entitling the Holder to purchase an equal aggregate number of Shares at the same Exercise Price and on the same terms as the Warrant Certificate so exchanged.
