Common use of Exchange Approval Clause in Contracts

Exchange Approval. The Shares are listed and posted for trading on the TSX and prior to the Closing Time, the TSX will have conditionally approved the listing of the Warrants and, subject only to Pretivm fulfilling the customary post-closing conditions of TSX.

The Shares common shares of the Company are listed and posted for trading on the TSX and prior to the Closing Time, the TSX will have conditionally approved the listing of the Warrants FT Shares and, subject only to Pretivm fulfilling the customary post-closing conditions of TSX.
