Exchange Availability. HIE will make all reasonable efforts to make the Exchange available to Participants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, the Exchange availability may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or unscheduled interruptions. HIE will use its best efforts to provide reasonable advance notice of any such suspension or interruptions of Exchange availability and to restore Exchange availability. Data Recipients who are Health Care Providers are responsible for acquiring patient health information through other means during any periods when the Exchange is not available.
Exchange Availability. ▇▇▇▇-CT will make all commercially reasonable efforts to make the Exchange available to Participants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; provided, however, that the Exchange’s availability may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or unscheduled interruptions, or for other reasons outside of ▇▇▇▇-CT’s reasonable control. ▇▇▇▇- CT will use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide reasonable advance notice of any such suspension or interruptions of the Exchange’s availability and to restore the Exchange’s availability. Exchange Availability. SACVALLEY MEDSHARE will, and Will Cause ICA to, provide Participant with access to the Exchange 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, in accordance with Exhibit H. SACVALLEY MEDSHARE will, to the extent reasonably possible, (except in the event of an emergency), provide advance written notice of downtime(s) by sending Participant a downtime alert by email.
