Common use of Exchange for Individual Note Certificates Clause in Contracts

Exchange for Individual Note Certificates. This Global Note Certificate will be exchanged in whole (but not in part) for duly authenticated and completed individual note certificates ("Individual Note Certificates") in substantially the form (subject to completion) set out in Schedule 3 (Form of New Individual Note Certificate) to the Supplemental Fiscal Agency Agreement if any of the following events occur:

Exchange for Individual Note Certificates. This Global Note Certificate will be exchanged in whole (but not in part) for duly authenticated and completed individual note certificates ("Individual Note Certificates") in substantially the form (subject to completion) set out in Schedule 3 2 (Form of New Individual Note Certificate) to the Supplemental Fiscal Agency Agreement if any of the following events occuroccurs:

Exchange for Individual Note Certificates. This Global Note Certificate will be exchanged in whole (but not in part) for duly authenticated and completed individual note certificates ("“Individual Note Certificates"”) in substantially the form (subject to completion) set out in the Schedule 3 2 (Form of New Individual Note Certificate) to the Supplemental Fiscal Agency Agreement Trust Deed only if any of the following events occuroccurs:

Exchange for Individual Note Certificates. This Global Note Certificate will be exchanged in whole (but not in part) for duly authenticated and completed individual note certificates ("Individual Note Certificates") in substantially the form (subject to completion) set out in the Schedule 3 2 (Form of New Individual Note Certificate) to the Supplemental Fiscal Agency Agreement if any of the following events occuroccurs:

This Unrestricted Global Note Certificate will be exchanged in whole (but not in part) for duly authenticated and completed individual note certificates ("“Individual Note Certificates"”) in substantially the form (subject to completion) set out in Schedule 3 2 (Form of New Individual Note Certificate) to the Supplemental Fiscal Agency Agreement Trust Deed if any of the following events occuroccurs:

This Restricted Global Note Certificate will be exchanged in whole (but not in part) for duly authenticated and completed individual note certificates ("“Individual Note Certificates"”) in substantially the form (subject to completion) set out in Schedule 3 2 (Form of New Individual Note Certificate) to the Supplemental Fiscal Agency Agreement Trust Deed if any of the following events occuroccurs:

Exchange for Individual Note Certificates.
