Common use of Exchange of a Beneficial Interest in a Global Warrant for a Definitive Warrant Clause in Contracts

Exchange of a Beneficial Interest in a Global Warrant for a Definitive Warrant. (i) Any person having a beneficial interest in a Global Warrant may, upon written request to the Warrant Agent, exchange such beneficial interest for a certificate representing a Definitive Warrant. Upon receipt by the Warrant Agent of written instructions or such other form of instructions (as is customary for the Depositary) from the Depositary or its nominee on behalf of any person having a beneficial interest in a Global Warrant, the Warrant Agent will cause, in accordance with the standing instructions and procedures existing between the Depositary and Warrant Agent, a Definitive Warrant Certificate representing the number of Warrants representing such person's beneficial interests to be issued and simultaneously reduce the number of Warrants represented by the Global Warrant Certificate.
