Exchange of Assets with Asset Pool Sellers. In the event that the Borrower shall exchange or return Assets with any Asset Pool Seller, the Borrower shall promptly notify the Lender of such exchange or return and shall provide such information with respect to such exchange or return as Lender shall reasonably require. The Servicer shall not be entitled to any Servicing Fee with respect to any such exchange or return.
