Common use of Exchange of Billing Data Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Billing Data. All billing data exchanged hereunder will be exchanged on magnetic tape or via electronic data transfer, to be delivered at the addresses set forth below, using the Electronic Message Record format. BA-__ will provide to Carrier the switched-access detail usage data (category 1101XX records) on magnetic tape within fourteen (14) days from the date the usage occurs (to the extent usage occurs on any given day) for traffic originating from a CLEC, transiting BA-PA’s facilities and terminating to Carrier, and Carrier will provide to BA-__ the switched access summary usage data (category 1150XX records) on a magnetic tape on a monthly basis within fourteen (14) days of receipt from BA-__ of the switched access detail usage data referenced above.

BA-__ BA will provide to Carrier CLEC the switched-access detail usage data (category 1101XX records) on magnetic tape within fourteen thirty (1430) days from the date the usage occurs (to the extent usage occurs on any given day) for traffic originating from a CLEC, transiting BA-PA’s facilities and terminating to CarrierCLEC, and Carrier CLEC will provide to BA-__ BA the switched access summary usage data (category 1150XX records) on a magnetic tape on a monthly basis within fourteen thirty (1430) days of receipt from BA-__ BA of the switched access detail usage data referenced above.
