Common use of Exchange of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Bonds. Bonds may be exchanged at the Corporate Trust Office of the Fiscal Agent for a like aggregate principal amount of Bonds of authorized denominations and of the same maturity. The cost for any services rendered or any expenses incurred by the Fiscal Agent in connection with any such exchange shall be paid by the District. The Fiscal Agent shall collect from the Owner requesting such exchange any tax or other governmental charge required to be paid with respect to such exchange.
