Common use of Exchange of Permanent Global Note for Definitive Notes Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Permanent Global Note for Definitive Notes. On each occasion on which Definitive Notes are delivered in exchange for the Permanent Global Note, the Fiscal Agent shall instruct the ICSDs (in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 9 (Duties under the Issuer-ICSDs Agreement)) to make appropriate entries in their records to reflect the aggregate principal amount of Definitive Notes so delivered (the "relevant principal amount") and the remaining principal amount of the Permanent Global Note (which shall be the previous principal amount thereof less the relevant principal amount). The Fiscal Agent shall cancel or procure the cancellation of the Permanent Global Note when and if it has made full exchange for Definitive Notes.

The Fiscal Principal Paying Agent shall cancel or procure the cancellation of the Permanent Global Note when and if it has made full exchange for Definitive Notes.

The Fiscal Agent shall cancel or procure the cancellation of the Permanent Global Note when and if it has made full exchange thereof for Definitive Notes.
