Common use of Exchange of Permanent Global Security for Definitive Securities Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Permanent Global Security for Definitive Securities. On each occasion on which Definitive Securities are delivered in exchange for the Permanent Global Security the Fiscal Agent shall procure that there is noted in the schedule to the relevant Permanent Global Security the aggregate principal amount of Definitive Securities so delivered (the "relevant principal amount") and the remaining principal amount of the Permanent Global Security (which shall be the previous principal amount thereof less the relevant principal amount) and shall procure the signature of such notation on its behalf. The Fiscal Agent shall cancel or procure the cancellation of the Permanent Global Security when and if it has made full exchange thereof for Definitive Securities.
