Common use of Exchange of Special Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Special Warrant Certificates. (a) Special Warrant Certificates representing any number of Special Warrants may, upon compliance with the reasonable requirements of the Special Warrant Agent, be exchanged for one or more other Special Warrant Certificates representing the same aggregate number of Special Warrants, and bearing the same legend, if applicable, as represented by the Special Warrant Certificate or Special Warrant Certificates tendered for exchange.

(a1) Special Warrant Certificates Certificates, representing Special Warrants entitling the Holders to receive any specified number of Special Warrants Common Shares and Warrants, may, prior to the Expiry Time and upon compliance with the reasonable requirements of the Special Warrant AgentTrustee, be exchanged for one another Special Warrant Certificate or more other Special Warrant Certificates representing entitling the Holder thereof to receive in the aggregate the same aggregate number of Special Warrants, Common Shares and bearing the same legend, if applicable, Warrants as represented by are issuable under the Special Warrant Certificate or Special Warrant Certificates tendered for exchangeso exchanged.

(a1) One or more Special Warrant Certificates representing any number of Special Warrants may, upon on compliance by the holder with the reasonable requirements of the Special Warrant AgentTrustee, be exchanged at no cost to the holder for one or more other Special Warrant Certificates representing of different denomination evidencing in the aggregate the same aggregate number of Special Warrants, and bearing the same legend, if applicable, Warrants as represented by the Special Warrant Certificate or Special Warrant Certificates tendered for exchangebeing exchanged.

(a1) One or more Special Warrant Certificates representing any number of Special Warrants may, upon on compliance by the holder with the reasonable requirements of the Special Warrant AgentTrustee, be exchanged for one or more other Special Warrant Certificates representing of different denomination evidencing in the aggregate the same aggregate number of Special Warrants, and bearing the same legend, if applicable, Warrants as represented by the Special Warrant Certificate or Special Warrant Certificates tendered for exchangebeing exchanged, and such holder shall pay the reasonable cost thereof.
