Common use of Exchange of Talons Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Talons. On and after the Interest Payment Date on which the final Coupon comprised in any Coupon sheet matures, the Talon (if any) forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the Agent or any other Paying Agent in exchange for a further Coupon sheet including (if such further Coupon sheet does not include Coupons to (and including) the final date for the payment of interest due in respect of the Note to which it appertains) a further Talon, subject to the provisions of Condition 8.

Exchange of Talons. On and or after the Interest Payment Date on which for the final Coupon comprised in any forming part of a Coupon sheet maturesissued in respect of any Securities, the Talon (if any) forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the Agent or any other Paying Fiscal Agent in exchange for a further Coupon sheet including (if such and another Talon for a further Coupon sheet does not include sheet) (but excluding any Coupons that may have become void pursuant to Condition 10 (and including) the final date for the payment of interest due in respect of the Note to which it appertains) a further Talon, subject to the provisions of Condition 8Prescription)).

Exchange of Talons. On and after the Interest Payment Date on which the final Coupon comprised in any Coupon sheet matures, the Talon (if any) forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the Fiscal Agent or any other Paying Agent in exchange for a further Coupon sheet including (if such further Coupon sheet does not include Coupons to (and including) the final date for the payment of interest due in respect of the Note Covered Bond to which it appertains) a further Talon, subject to the provisions of Condition 87 (Prescription).

Exchange of Talons. On and after the Interest Payment Date Date, on which the final Coupon comprised in any Coupon sheet matures, the Talon (if any) forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the Agent or any other Paying Agent in exchange for a further Coupon sheet including (if such further Coupon sheet does not include Coupons to (and including) the final date for the payment of interest due in respect of the Note to which it appertains) a further Talon, subject to the provisions of Condition 87 (Prescription).

Exchange of Talons. On and after the Interest Payment Date on which the final Coupon comprised in any Coupon sheet matures, the Talon (if any) forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the I&P Agent or any other Paying Agent in exchange for a further Coupon sheet including (if such further Coupon sheet does not include Coupons to (and including) the final date for the payment of interest due in respect of the Note Debt Instrument to which it appertains) a further Talon, subject to the provisions of Condition 8.Condition

Exchange of Talons. Each Talon shall, for the purposes of these Conditions, he deemed to mature on the Interest Payment Date on which the final Coupon comprised in the relative Coupon sheet matures.

Exchange of Talons. On and after the Interest Payment Date on which the final Coupon comprised in any Coupon sheet matures, the Talon (if any) forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the Fiscal Agent or any other Paying Agent in exchange for a further Coupon sheet including (if such further Coupon sheet does not include Coupons to (and including) the final date for the payment of interest due in respect of the Note to which it appertains) a further Talon, subject to the provisions of Condition 89.

Exchange of Talons. Each Talon shall, for the purposes of these Conditions, be deemed to mature on the Interest Payment Date on which the final Coupon comprised in the relative Coupon sheet matures.

Exchange of Talons. On and after the Fixed Interest Date or the Interest Payment Date Date, as appropriate, on which the final Coupon comprised in any Coupon sheet matures, the Talon (if any) forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the Principal Paying Agent or any other Paying Agent in exchange for a further Coupon sheet including (if such further Coupon sheet does not include Coupons to (and including) the final date for the payment of interest due in respect of the Note to which it appertains) a further Talon, subject to the provisions of Condition 89.
