Common use of Exchange of Talons Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Talons. On or after the Interest Payment Date for the final Coupon forming part of a Coupon sheet issued in respect of any Securities, the Talon forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the Fiscal Agent in exchange for a further Coupon sheet (and another Talon for a further Coupon sheet) (but excluding any Coupons that may have become void pursuant to Condition 10 (Prescription)).

Exchange of Talons. On or and after the Interest Payment Date for on which the final Coupon forming part of a comprised in any Coupon sheet issued in respect of any Securitiesmatures, the Talon (if any) forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the Fiscal Principal Paying Agent or any other Paying Agent in exchange for a further Coupon sheet including (if such further Coupon sheet does not include Coupons to (and another Talon including) the final date for the payment of interest due in respect of the Note to which it appertains) a further Coupon sheet) (but excluding any Coupons that may have become void pursuant Talon, subject to the provisions of Condition 10 (Prescription))9.
