Common use of Exchange of Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares for Up-MACRO Holding Shares Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares for Up-MACRO Holding Shares. (a) On any Business Day, an Authorized Participant may submit a request to the Trustee to exchange one or more Creation Units for Up-MACRO Holding Shares (such request, an "Exchange Order"), and the Administrative Agent, upon processing such Exchange Order, shall provide the Trustee with the requisite information needed in order to effectuate such order. The Administrative Agent shall provide such information at the times set forth in Attachment B to the Participants Agreement. The Trustee and the Administrative Agent, in effectuating each Exchange Order, shall follow the procedures set forth herein and in Attachment B to the Participants Agreement
