Common use of Exchange of Warrant Certificate Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Warrant Certificate. Subject to any restriction upon transfer set forth in this Warrant Agreement, each Warrant Certificate may be exchanged for another Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates of like tenor and representing in the aggregate a like number of Warrants. Any Holder desiring to exchange a Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates shall make such request in writing delivered to the Company, and shall surrender, properly endorsed, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates to be so exchanged. Thereupon, the Company shall execute and deliver to the person entitled thereto a new Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates, as the case may be, as so requested.
