Common use of Exchange of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Warrant Certificates. This Warrant Certificate may be exchanged for another certificate or certificates entitling the Warrantholder thereof to purchase a like aggregate number of Warrant Shares as this Warrant Certificate entitles such Warrantholder to purchase. A Warrantholder desiring to so exchange this Warrant Certificate shall make such request in writing delivered to the Company, and shall surrender this Warrant Certificate therewith. Thereupon, the Company shall execute and deliver to the person entitled thereto a new certificate or certificates, as the case may be, as so requested.

Exchange of Warrant Certificates. This Subject to the provisions herein, each Warrant Certificate may be exchanged for another certificate or certificates Warrant Certificate(s) entitling the Warrantholder thereof Holder to purchase a like aggregate number of Warrant Shares as this Warrant Certificate then entitles such Warrantholder Holder to purchase.
