Exchange Operations. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Contractor and the Exchange, Contract shall provide de-identified patient dental information needed by the Exchange to effectively oversee and administer the Plans. As used in this Subsection (f), the term “de- identified” shall have the meaning set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 164.514.
