Exchange Party Assumed Obligations. On the Closing Date, Exchange Party shall assume the obligations of Clear Channel (the "Exchange Party Assumed Obligations") arising after Closing under the Clear Channel Station Contracts, including without limitation all agreements for the sale of advertising time on the Clear Channel Stations for cash in the ordinary course of business ("Clear Channel Time Sales Agreements") and all agreements for the sale of advertising time on the Clear Channel Stations for non-cash consideration ("Clear Channel Trade Agreements").
