Exchange Rate; Manner and Place of Payment. All references to dollars and “$” herein shall refer to U.S. dollars. All payments hereunder shall be payable in U.S. dollars. When conversion of Net Sales from any currency other than U.S. dollars is required, such conversion shall be at the exchange rate [ * ]. All payments owed under this Agreement shall be made by wire transfer in immediately available funds to a bank and account designated in writing by Exelixis, unless otherwise specified in writing by Exelixis.
