Common use of Exchange Rate; Manner and Place of Payment Clause in Contracts

Exchange Rate; Manner and Place of Payment. All payment amounts in this Agreement are expressed in U.S. dollars, and all payments hereunder shall be payable in U.S. dollars. When conversion of payments from any foreign currency is required, such conversion shall be calculated by applying the average interbank exchange rate as published on xxx.xxxxx.xxx (or such other resource as the Parties mutually agree in writing) for every day within the calendar quarter for which payment is due.
