Common use of Exchange Rates and Currency Translation Clause in Contracts

The rate of exchange to be used in computing the amount of Net Sales and the United States dollars due Lilly shall be calculated using Xxxxxxx' then current standard exchange rate methodology, which methodology is used by Xxxxxxx in the translation of its foreign currency operating results for external reporting, is consistent with United States generally accepted accounting principles and is reviewed and approved by Xxxxxxx' independent certified public accountants.
