Exchange Share. 5.1.2. In order to consummate the foregoing transaction, the Holder shall deliver to the Company on the Warrant Exchange Date, at its address set forth in subparagraph 7.3 hereof, (i) the original executed Holder Warrants, and (ii) the executed Warrant Assignment attached hereto as Addendum D. 5.1.3. Promptly upon receipt by the Company of the original executed Holder Warrants and executed Warrant Assignment, the Company shall deliver to the Holder, at Holder's address set forth on the Signature Page, a certificate for the number of Exchange Shares which the Holder is entitled to receive pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
