Common use of Exchangeable Bearer Securities Clause in Contracts

Exchangeable Bearer Securities. Exchangeable Bearer Securities of the relevant Series of ETP Securities shall be represented on issue by a Global Bearer Security substantially in the form set out in schedule 3. The Global Bearer Security shall be exchangeable for Individual Certificates in the circumstances set out in the relevant Global Bearer Security.
