EXCHANGES OF TRUST CERTIFICATES. Trust Certificates representing any number of Trust Units may be exchanged without charge for Trust Certificates representing an equivalent number of Trust Units in the aggregate. Any exchange of Trust Certificates may be made at the offices of the Trustee or at the offices of any Transfer Agent where registers are maintained for the Trust Certificates pursuant to the provisions of this Article 11. Any Trust Certificates tendered for exchange shall be surrendered to the Trustee or appropriate Transfer Agent and shall be cancelled. The Corporation shall reimburse the Trustee for all exchange fees associated with any such exchange.
