Excise Tax Certification. Upon written request by Operator, Customer shall supply Operator with a completed signed original notification certificate of gasoline and diesel fuel registrant as required by the Internal Revenue Service’s excise tax regulation. Customer further agrees to comply with all Applicable Law with respect to such taxes.
