Excluded Activities. The Program Implementing Entity shall ensure that its Respective Part of the Program shall exclude any activities which:
A. in the opinion of the Bank are likely to have significant adverse impacts that are sensitive, diverse, or unprecedented on the environment and/or affected people; or
B. involve the procurement of: (1) works, estimated to cost US$115 million equivalent or more per contract; (2) goods, estimated to cost US$75 million equivalent or more per contract; (3) non-consulting services, estimated to cost US$75 million equivalent or more per contract; or (4) consulting services, estimated to cost US$30 million equivalent or more per contract.
Excluded Activities. The Recipient shall ensure that the Program excludes any activities which:
A. in the opinion of the Association, are likely to have significant adverse impacts that are sensitive, diverse, or unprecedented on the environment and/or affected people; or
B. involve the procurement of: (1) works, estimated to cost USD 75,000,000 equivalent or more per contract; (2) goods, estimated to cost USD 50,000,000 equivalent or more per contract; (3) non-consulting services, estimated to cost USD 50,000,000 equivalent or more per contract; or (4) consulting services, estimated to cost USD 20,000,000 equivalent or more per contract.
Excluded Activities. The Borrower shall ensure that the Program excludes any activities which:
A. in the opinion of the Bank, are likely to have significant adverse impacts that are sensitive, diverse, or unprecedented on the environment and/or affected people; or
B. involve the procurement of: (1) works, estimated to cost $75,000,000 equivalent or more per contract; (2) goods, estimated to cost $50,000,000 equivalent or more per contract;

(a) in the opinion of the Bank, are likely to have significant adverse impacts that are sensitive, diverse, or unprecedented on the environment and/or affected people; or
(b) involve the procurement of: (i) works, estimated to cost USD115,000,000 equivalent or more per contract; (ii) goods, estimated to cost USD 75,000,000 equivalent or more per contract; (iii) non-consulting services, estimated to cost USD 75,000,000 equivalent or more per contract; or (iv) consulting services, estimated to cost USD 30,000,000 equivalent or more per contract.
Excluded Activities. Independent tasks not associated with enhancing the teacher’s knowledge and instructional skills, such as preparing report cards, calculating grades, or organizing classroom materials, may not be counted as professional development time. Professional development shall not include work for which the teacher will be paid from another source; work for which the teacher may expect to profit financially; or District- approved credit which will apply toward salary schedule lane changes.
Excluded Activities. 1. The Borrower shall ensure that the Program excludes any activities which: in the opinion of the Bank, are likely to have significant adverse impacts that are sensitive, diverse, or unprecedented on the environment and/or affected people; or
2. involve the procurement of: (a) works, estimated to cost one hundred fifteen million Dollars ($115,000,000) equivalent or more per contract; (b) goods, estimated to cost seventy-five million Dollars ($75,000,000) equivalent or more per contract; (c) non-consulting services, estimated to cost seventy-five million Dollars ($75,000,000) equivalent or more per contract; or (d) consulting services, estimated to cost thirty million Dollars ($30,000,000) equivalent or more per contract.
Excluded Activities. The Recipient shall ensure that the Program excludes any activities which:
A. in the opinion of the Association, are likely to have significant adverse impacts that are sensitive, diverse, or unprecedented on the environment and/or affected people; or

B. involve the procurement of: (1) works, estimated to cost $75,000,000 equivalent or more per contract; (2) goods, estimated to cost $50,000,000 equivalent or more per contract; (3) non-consulting services, estimated to cost $50,000,000 equivalent or more per contract; or (4) consultants’ services, estimated to cost $20,000,000 equivalent or more per contract.
Excluded Activities. The Employment Agreement between Second Party and the Company expressly authorizes and permits Second Party to serve in employment and ownership relationships with other entities including, but not limited to Radio Metrix, Inc., New Freedom, Inc. or other entities which may presently or subsequently hold sublicenses or licenses from Radio Metrix, Inc. ("Other Entities"). Neither this Agreement nor the assignment or relinquishment set forth in this Agreement affect, in any fashion, the rights of Second Party to serve in an employment, officer or ownership relationship with Other Entities including, but not limited to those listed, nor does it affect or alter the ownership rights of Other Entities. This Agreement does not, in any fashion, expand the ownership rights of the Company, beyond that which it has by virtue of license, sublicense, or other contractual arrangements outside of this Agreement. This Agreement is not binding on or enforceable against the Other Entities with which Second Party may be engaged in employment or other business relationships.
Excluded Activities. The Employment Agreement between Second Party and the Company expressly authorizes and permits Second Party to serve in employment and ownership relationships with other entities which are not competitive with the Company ("Other Entities"). Neither this Agreement nor the assignment or relinquishment set forth in this Agreement affect, in any fashion, the rights of Second Party to serve in an employment, officer or ownership relationship with Other Entities, nor does it affect or alter the ownership rights of Other Entities provided Second Party complies with the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is not binding on or enforceable against the Other Entities with which Second Party may be engaged in employment or other business relationships.
