Excluded Affiliate Divestitures. If RSL divests any other Excluded Affiliate in a transaction that causes such Excluded Affiliate to cease to be controlled (as defined in Section 1.3 (Affiliate)) by a Parent Affiliate, then upon the consummation of such transaction, such Person will no longer be bound by the terms of Section 5.5.1 (Exclusivity Covenants).
