Excluded Amounts. The Collateral Manager may withdraw from the Collection Account any deposits thereto constituting Excluded Amounts, provided that the Collateral Manager shall, concurrently with such withdrawal, deliver to the Administrative Agent and each Lender a report setting forth the calculation of such Excluded Amounts in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
