Common use of Excluded Asset Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Excluded Asset Liabilities. Each liability, obligation or commitment that relates exclusively to, or that arises exclusively out of, any Excluded Asset, or that arises out of the distribution to, or ownership by, Seller or any of the Selling Affiliates of any Excluded Asset or associated with the realization of the benefits of any Excluded Asset, whether arising before or after the Principal Closing Date; and

Excluded Asset Liabilities. Each liability, obligation or commitment that relates exclusively to, to the extent arising from or that arises exclusively out of, relating to any Excluded Asset, Asset or that arises out of the distribution to, or ownership by, Seller or any of the Selling Affiliates of any Excluded Asset or associated with the realization of the benefits of any Excluded Asset, whether arising before or after the Principal Closing Date; and;

Excluded Asset Liabilities. Each liability, obligation or commitment that relates exclusively to, or that arises exclusively out of, any Excluded Asset, or that arises out of the distribution to, or ownership by, Seller or any of the Selling Affiliates of any Excluded Asset or associated with the realization of the benefits of any Excluded Asset, whether arising before or after the Principal Closing Date; and

Excluded Asset Liabilities. Each liability, obligation or commitment that relates exclusively to the extent relating to, or that arises exclusively arising out of, any Excluded Asset, or that arises to the extent arising out of the distribution to, or ownership by, Seller or any of the Selling Affiliates of any Excluded Asset or associated with the realization of the benefits of any Excluded Asset, whether arising before or after the Principal Closing Date; and;

Excluded Asset Liabilities. Each liability, obligation or commitment that relates exclusively to, to the extent arising from or that arises exclusively out of, relating to any Excluded Asset, Asset or that arises out of the distribution to, or ownership by, Seller or any of the Selling Affiliates of any Excluded Asset or associated with the realization of the benefits of any Excluded Asset, whether arising before or after the Principal Closing Date; and;

Excluded Asset Liabilities. Each liability, obligation or commitment that relates exclusively to, to the extent relating to or that arises exclusively arising out of, of (A) any Excluded Asset, or that arises out of (B) the distribution to, or ownership by, Seller or any of the Selling its Affiliates of any Excluded Asset or (C) associated with the realization of the benefits of any Excluded Asset, whether arising before before, on or after the Principal Closing Date; and;

Excluded Asset Liabilities. Each liability, obligation or commitment that relates exclusively to, to the extent arising from or that arises exclusively out of, relating to any Excluded Asset, Asset or that arises out of the distribution to, or ownership by, Seller or any of the Selling Affiliates of any Excluded Asset or associated with the realization of the benefits of any Excluded Asset, whether arising before before, on or after the Principal Closing Date; and;”
