Common use of Excluded Deposit Accounts Clause in Contracts

Excluded Deposit Accounts. (a) Trust Accounts, (b) zero balance disbursement accounts and (c) other Deposit Accounts maintained in the Ordinary Course of Business containing cash amounts that do not exceed at any time $100,000 for any each such account and $250,000 in the aggregate for all such accounts under this clause (c).

Excluded Deposit Accounts. (a) Excluded Trust Accounts, (b) zero balance disbursement accounts and (c) other Deposit Accounts maintained in the Ordinary Course of Business containing cash amounts that do not exceed at any time more than $100,000 for any each such account and 50,000 individually or $250,000 in the aggregate for all such accounts under this clause at any time, and (c)) zero-balance accounts that sweep on a daily basis to an account maintained with Agent or subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement.
