Excluded Liabilities; No Impairment. Nothing contained in Section 1.1(a) or (b) shall release any claims under, or impair any right of any Person to enforce, the Separation Agreement, any Ancillary Agreement (including this Agreement), or any Intercompany Agreement, in each case in accordance with its terms.
